1. What does "to fight and set boundaries" actually mean?
Scharp ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (11.05.14)
And "like in a civilized country"? Yoaz Hendel is eloquent, and accurate: "There is a lot of filth on the Web. Once a person would curse quietly, spout words in closed rooms. Today he curses the computer without looking anyone in the eyes." This is the reality, and it will get worse. But we already have laws against incitement and libel. The issue here is enforcement. You are free to express yourself, you are allowed to curse and be vulgar and offensive. But then someone crosses the red line - the boundaries. It is up to the politicians to enact laws and the police is responsible for enforcement. The keffiye on Rivlin i scary, because it reminds us of the anger, hate och incitement that preceded the assasination of Rabin. Democracy is about constrant struggle, and for every curse and vulgar attack, we need to offer other and more sensible expressions and arguments, like in this article by Hendel.
