"Not having collected evidence itself, the Office's analysis in this report must therefore not be considered to be the result of an investigation," the paper read. How does jive with the suggestion that "war crimes may have been commited" ??

Interesting point. But since when is killing terrorists who are committing a breach of a fully legal and internationally recognized blockade (as borne out by the Palmer Report which, incidentally, was commissioned by the United Nations at the demand of Turkey) constitute a "war crime?" Do you suppose that the deaths of ISIS terrorists in Syria and Iraq as a result of NATO bombing runs also constitute a "war crime?" So much for the credibility of the ICC! But reasonable countries know that it is nothing more than a kangaroo court, which is why so many countries have not ratified the Rome Treaty.
