If this alleged crime is true, then it means that while Bank Leumi and all other Israeli bank computers are set to tease out and report every single Israeli who is ALSO a USA citizen those SAME computers ARE NOT set with the proper protective codes to PREVENT a group of disgruntled employees from STEALING the money of those USA CITIZENS and ALL OTHER ISRAELIS using the Israeli banking system but NOT reporting that theft. It is clear that what is most important to Israeli financial institutions is to be in compliance with the USA Treasury department and NOT to properly protect customers money. I would like to know why it was that not a single one of Bank Leumi's computers buzzed out loudly "they're grabbing a ton of financial information" and yet those same computers are set to report clients to the USA Treasury for supposed lack of compliance with new USA reporting laws. Wow...this place is a total financial mess.
