This juvenile delinquent from Gaza was warned not to approach the fence. He approached the fence. He got shot. What part does anyone not understand? Ah, Hamas probably gave his parent a quarter. If he dies, they'll get another quarter. It's not as if they haven't sold their children before, now, is it?
2. The child's parents should be arrested.

Children shouldn't be used like this and adults should learn to orate and be righteous.

Sarah B You claim to be a mother – but I don’t believe it. This whole story is all about a child. He was 10 year old. For you see, if you ever had children (particularly boys), you would know that as a parent no matter how many times you tell your children that they should never – EVER - to do this or that – there are times when they will still do it. Children are stupid. They make mistakes. And here we have a 10 year old child who approached the fence - maybe he just wanted to touch the fence, just to claim he did it. On the other hand, EVEN IF the parents told him to do this – it doesn’t change the point does it? He was 10 years old child. And because if the IDF were close enough to yell at him it also means they were close enough to realize he was 10 years old. And that also means they were close enough to fire warning shots – or at worst take out his legs. What happened today is that a 10 year old child was shot and gravely wounded. And your callous and shallow post proves to me that there is no way you were never, ever a mother. He was 10 years old child.

10-year-old unarmed boy on the other side of 25' concrete wall or 12' razor fence (whatever) a threat to Israel's security ,... Another example of the 'most moral army' mindset ,...
5. Sport shooting again?
CS   (11.17.14)
The IDF was out sport-shooting at unarmed children again? A 10-year-old child should obviously appear to be a child, even at long range through a sniper's scope. Such a child, walking alone, unarmed,is unlikely to pose a threat to anyone or anything. Why then, did the IDF shooter(s) not exercise more discretion (and maybe some humanity too) and refrain from shooting down a child? Is this really the act of an army that promotes "purity of arms" and proclaims itself to be the most moral army in the world? Shame on you.
