1. Isn't he scared of the Arabs who'll be after him now
Chaim ,   Israel   (11.26.14)
for saying so?
2. What does real empowerment look like?
Rolo Tamasi ,   Seattle USA   (11.26.14)
The situation with the Palestinians reminds me of a 19-year-old high school dropout who lives on welfare and bankrolls his secret drug habit with a life of crime. His well-heeled folks, who have been struggling with an identity crisis since before his birth, won’t support or even let him in the house anymore because he embarrasses them in front of the neighbors. Instead, they’re hoping the kid succeeds in flimflamming a wealthy acquaintance into handing the kid a company of his own to run. At first glance, this would seem to be a great solution. But it’s wishful thinking because the kid’s drug habit, lack of education and training, and temperament will burst through his new, overnight corporate image within the first few days on the job. The company’s board of directors will need to hold an emergency meeting to save the factory, which will have become a nighttime hangout for the kid’s motorcycle gang friends. At what point do a therapist and/or social worker step in to avert this train wreck? And what does true and responsible empowerment really look like?
3. Why?
Mark ,   London, UK   (11.26.14)
Why is a nation state for the Palestinian people acceptable, but not one for the Jewish people?
