1. Lapid did not resign - HE WAS FIRED
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.02.14)
Why did it take Bibi so long to see the snakes he has in his government?
2. #1, Peri and Peron
(12.02.14)
Around 10 in the morning, Lapid gave a prepared speech at some economic conference which was a foul-mouthed rant against Netanyahu. Bibi had no choice but fire him, that is why Lapid made the speech. Peri is right that the elections are not needed, but he should blame Lapid not Netanyahu. As for Peron? What does bravery or cowardice have to do with firing Lapid? A very strange minister.
3. Lapid is a crazy fantasy
(12.02.14)
Lapid is a fantasy created by Shimon Peres and fantasies do not last. The best is Lapid to get back to the TV and stop trying to imitate his failed father. Livni is not a fantasy but a nightmare that is finally over.

zionist forever   (12.02.14)
He saw the snakes on day 1 but trouble is they were to powerful. Bibi never wanted Lapid because he didn't trust him but Bennet said you don't take Lapid you don't get me so he had no choice. So if your looking to blame somebody for the fact Lapid was in the coalition blame Bennet and the awful coalition system.
5. I do love their excuses
zionist forever   (12.02.14)
Government laments unnecessary expensive elections, well Netanyahu gave them a chance but their boss kept dictating terms making elections unavoidable. They of course don't want elections because half of them will loose their seats. They also had no choice but to resign because Lapid was fired and Yesh Atitd was formed for the sole purpose of advancing Lapids political ambitions so if he went they had to go.
6. Good for netanyahu
Rabbi Yakov Lazaros ,   USA   (12.02.14)
He did not need these leftists undermining every step he took.
