It's already a foregone conclusion that Abbas will reject anything other than a full surrender forcing Israel to retreat to 1967 borders. With EU countries lining up to recognize a palestinian state with no agreement, he has no incentive to compromise. So the only way to get the diplomatic farce restarted will be by releasing more terrorists & a building freeze in east Jerusalem.
