2. Let me break it to you gently ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (12.17.14)
The "palestinians" in Judea, Samaria and Gaza have no Geneva Convention claims. They are NOT stateless. Those in Gaza hold Egyptian citizenship. Those in Judea and Samaria hold Jordanian citizenship. I'd have to research the status of Gaza's "Palestinians," but if memory serves, they were granted Egyptian citizenship by royal fiat (King Farouk). Jordanian citizenship was bestowed upon all West Bank Arabs and their progeny, irrevocably, via Jordan's Citizenship Law of 1954. The ICJ has repeatedly ruled that an irrevocable grant of citizenship is precisely that -- irrevocable. The Geneva Conventions thus do not apply to "palestinians." The "palestinians" are not stateless. Only stateless individuals may claim protection under the Geneva Conventions. What a waste of time and money! No wonder the United Nations cries "poor" all the time!
3. What Should We Expect in an
joyce fraser ,   USA   (12.18.14)
What Should We Expect in an upside-down, irrational, prejudiced, hypocritical world? Whether the false accusers' countries were established via far more injustice, murder and violence, it's Israel and Jews who serve as 'whipping boy' for all the ills in the Middle East, and even the entire world.
4. Switzerland
(12.18.14)
During WW2 Switzerland have stolen money, gold, art, worth billions. After they took everything from the JEWS. After robbing them, they handed them to the Nazis. Shame on you Switzerland.
