This is a total crap, if you claim to be printing accurate maps, then you name ALL the countries. Harper Collins should of known better, and should of told the Gulf states, if they don't like it, grow up. Maybe the next map Harper Collins prints will list Shangri La, Utopia and Atlantis on is. The apology is also false, they already printed what the Gulf States wanted, so destroying the remaining copies is a worthless gesture. If you run out of toilet paper, just use a Harper Collins map.

It's not the internet, which has basically no rules and allows people such as yourself to put up tripe. It's a major publishing house and is subject to the laws governing defamation. Any one who publishes a map in complete denial of listing Israel as a nation is also responsible for the law suits that may follow. No one can make a map that omits ANY nation and be considered accurate. They do so at their own risk. I don't recall Google maps omitting any nation location or, place for a fee or not.
