I don't know about France, but as an American I can tell you that America is too politically correct to do what has to be done. For one, anyone who goes over to train with ISIS or Al Qaeda, etc., should NOT BE ALLOWED back. If they are citizens, their citizenship should be stripped. Their families should also be deported.
