1. Ought Get Socioeconomic Portfolios in Unity Government
Zechariah   (01.14.15)
In a national Unity Government could get PM and socioeconomic Portfolios for Two Years .
2. Great alternative to Likud's clowns
Eldar ,   Haifa   (01.14.15)
Excellent, young, energetic, optimistic, ideological. A great alternative to the racist, anti-democratic, isolationist Likud line-up, the faux centrists and the - I don't even have expletives for them - "Jewish" home.
3. These radical leftists are petitioning against bringing Jews
Jack D.   (01.14.15)
from France to Judea. They'd much rather have terrorists. Anyone voting for any of these radicals should be sent to France.
4. Ben Gurion must be turning in his grave
CJK   (01.14.15)
5. As always in life, best to be the one skimming the cream:
(01.14.15)
well done Stav! The gullible suckers have given you a "position" you never would've dreamed of. Then again- it'll be warming the opposition benches:-))
6. So what must Abbas and the PA now do....
Sammy ,   Newcastle   (01.14.15)
First We must SEPARATE Palestinian Nation Building and Statehood and have TWO DISTINCT and SEPARATE BODIES responsible for EACH. Both aims are integral but by their very nature proceed at different speeds and Nation Building must not be frozen and conditional upon a Statehood Agreement as happens now. It builds up frustration and resentment and disappointment Second Nation Building requires the open cooperation of Israel the PA and Jordan and Egypt on PRACTICAL meaningful measures that can boost all economies...Such as Joint Tourism, Agriculture, Manufacturing, IT, Cultural Initiatives. Even such small measures such as joint Palestinian, Jordanian, Israeli and Egyptian Trade Exhibitions and Trade Missions abroad, Third Separation of Nation Building and Statehood is also vital because as yet WE HAVE NO DEFINITIVE Plan ourselves. Go with Gaza or no Gaza? Go for the 1999 Plan? Clearly Abbas does not want to commit but this way WE DECIDE HOW and WHEN we establish Statehood without making Palestinians in the West Bank economic hostages to our own indecision Fourth We MUST BOTH collectively fight incitement and create a new MOOD in which it is politically correct to COOPERATE not CONFLAGRATE, Incitement brings about the very worst in us..intolerance, hatred and worse. It is a toxic and malignant poison that is destructive to Society Fifth Abbas obsession with point scoring in the UN and elsewhere is not only wearing thin with the International Community but taking away focus and resources from NATION BUILDING and Negotiations to Statehood. No amount of globetrotting and grandstanding and photo opportunities are going to replace HARD GRAFT and no one is going to do it for us BUT OURSELVES Sixth Palestinians have finally got to say PALESTINIANS FIRST and not allow every oddball to hijack the Palestinian Cause for their own agendas and interests that HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH US and where you get the bizarre situation of an 18 year old Irish BDS Activist hurling awful abuse and calling ME a traitor to HIS cause when I a Palestinian argued the case for Partnership not Sanctions for MY COUNTRY that were equally damaging to Palestinians in the West Bank So its January 2015 The Road is CLEAR LETS GET STARTED
7. May G-d be with all of them
Felix ,   US   (01.14.15)
I have no idea who any of these people are but may they move forward with strength, conviction and the help of G-d to achieve their aims. There seems to be a tiny ray of light shining over Israel and may it evolve in to full blown sunshine! Peace and greetings!
8. labour party primaries
sydney chaskalson ,   modiin israel   (01.14.15)
A fantasticly good list for change in israel. Democracy at its best. A list with hope for justice to all israelis. Compare the speed and transparency of The results to the balagan at the likud where final places are still being contested. Nuff said.
9. Game over!
David   (01.14.15)
Yeeeeehaaaa - Onward to the elections, the 2011 social protests were not in vain.
10. Labour would agree to freeze.Likud wouldn't.
Sam ,   Canada   (01.14.15)
The difference between Labour and Likud is that Labour would agree to a freeze to suck up to the Palestinians and the US. It wouldn't bring peace just a demand for more free concessions but Palestinians want a freeze and Labour and the US want to grovel to them seeking to avoid terrorism.
11. Given today's atmosphere in this wicked world we live in,
(01.14.15)
any party even resembling these "Labour"-clowns should not pass the bouncer at the entrance. Pun intended (DA!) Anything/anyone/anyhow but this travesty: "social justice" my ass. These Bolsheviks have been helping themselves for tens of years since establishment of Israel. Enough!
12. Help protect Israel from these dangerous clowns!
Chaim ,   Israel   (01.14.15)
Nobody endangers Israel more than Labor. Israel's foes can only dream of hurting Israel as much as Labor did with Oslo. And Oslo is only one of many disasters inflicted on Israel by Labor. Please help protect Israel from these dangerous clowns!
13. Chaim's clowns
Eldar ,   Haifa   (01.14.15)
Chaim would like you to believe that Labor would do more damage to Israel than Netanyahu and his band of merry flag-waving, penthouse-dwelling, Europe-snubbing, Obama-badmouthing, Israel-isolating, big-business-pandering we-have-no-solutions-for-any-problems-so-we'll-wave-the-flag-some-more Likud fools. HA HA HA HA HA.... Guess Chaim is not for Israel's long-term survival.
