... Argentina has never properly presented evidence. de Kirchner -- a German (gee! however did Germans make their way to Argentina following the Second World War?) -- can anyone spell "Eichmann" (may his name be cursed throughout eternity). It is high time that the crimes of Argentina -- which are considerable -- be brought to justice. Justice delayed is justice denied. And that would be a terrible thing, would it not? Does Argentina wish its legacy to be providing a safe haven for Nazi war criminals? Or allowing the lackeys of the pathetic Peronistas continue to escape a richly-deserved justice? Collaboration with an internationally reviled state sponsor of terror? Is that to be the fate of Argentina? I guess it's up to the Argentinians. But there are a LOT of unanswered questions. Time for Argentina to step up -- or forever be consigned to the trash heap of both morality and history. It's up to them, isn't it?

Some valid points you surely make. On the other hand, Peron defended Jewish rights and established diplomatic ties with the State of Israel. His was also the first government in Argentina to allow Jews to hold public office. It was only after Peron was overthrown in a coup in 1955 that a wave of antisemitism was unleashed.
