Are you under the impression that Israel will simply sit back and allow Hezbollah to fire missiles into Israel? Israel can turn all of southern Lebanon into a giant glowing cinder in about a nanosecond. It would be a mistake for you to think that Israel would hesitate for a moment to do precisely that.

Don't forget that Hezbollah has a "global reach" and may respond somewhere other than Israel. Europe is on high terror alert. In recent years, Hezbollah tended to hit "hard" targets. It's not beyond Hezbollah to strike a "soft" target outside of Israel. Given the load on their resources in Syria, this is where I'm most concerned.
