The time has come that this injustice done to women will NEVER ever be repeated or even better NEVER EVER be ALLOWED. The so called "men" who withhold causing the woman to be "aguna" are NOT men but SISSIES.

A woman will not accept a get because when children are involved , she needs to make sure that they are taken care of. A woman has more responsibility and cannot accept a get. She will be the main parent and has to fulfill two roles and walking out is easy, but without security of her family is foolish.

thanks for article. It is evil when a husband refuses to give his wife a Get. It is also evil when a husband treats the wife and children with beatings and incest. Should the husband refuse the Get. The court should allow it. For the court not to allow the Get, makes the court just as guilty.
