1. Don't hold your breath ,...
split   (01.22.15)
Personally I wouldn't mind knowing how many folks are already pissed off seeing AIPAC corrupting US Congress and affecting every aspect of our life with Israel's politics and interests first ,...
2. Hey Split
Jason, Ph.D. ,   Charlotte, USA   (01.22.15)
Are you also pissed off that the British Prime Minister has been lobbying Congress, or does Israel only get your wrath?
3. Don't postpone
Brod ,   USA   (01.22.15)
The PM should not postpone it. The earlier the better. It is an urgent matter for America, Israel and the Free World. The Ayatollahists are speeding on their nuke development and ambition. Delaying the visit to Congress will only enable the Anti-Semite forces, Muslim Brotherhood and political enemies to sabotage it. Congress has to decide fast on the Ayatollahist nuke threat. It is an urgent matter.
4. Forget Obama
Brod ,   USA   (01.22.15)
The PM should not visit Obama. The latter is controlled and manipulated by the Muslim Brotherhood that hates Israel. Obama is bad for America and Israel. He is irrelevant. It is amazing why Congress has not impeached him when the American people are waiting for Congress to do their job or ridding a lawless president that has been propping up fanatical Islamist-Jihadist Muslim Brotherhood members in key positions in his administration.
5. the last hurrah
avramele   (01.22.15)
will not Herzog be invited to AIPAC as leader of the opposition and will not he and or Livni be featured prominently on American news networks? Will Jewish American Liberals take all this sitting down? Will the former ambassador, now a Kulanu candidate be silent? Now who is the kindergarden brat needing to be put in his place. Bibi, Dermer and their Republican conspirators have jumped the shark on this one!
6. Obama is miffed
C   (01.22.15)
yet he should be pleased that the speech has been postponed by two weeks. this will give him the time to conclude his capitulation deal with the shia terror regime.

american jews do not vote in israeli elections.
8. Can you say "Meddlesome"
dikla ,   USA   (01.22.15)
Obama Administration says Netanyahu didn't follow protocol. Pelosi says visit timing isn't appropriate & helpful and that Netanyahu is doing this for political boost... I say... stop meddling in Israeli politics... stop bad mouthing and bashing Netanyahu... stop thinking that the Israeli voter is hanging on your every word!
9. Revolting
Daniel   (01.22.15)
A desparate Bibi again shows how he gladly throws Israel's interests under the bus as long as he gains from it personally. Bibi is the most self-absorbed PM ever to run Israel and look where it has taken us. Under Bibi's run, Israel is increasingly isolated, Palestine is being recognized, missiles rain down from Gaza, the economy is stagnating, Iran is increasingly accepted, educated Israelis are leaving the country. Bibi has been a failure for all. If you're on the right, then you know there has been no new settlements under Bibi and nothing done against Iran. If you're on the left, then you know that the economy is stagnating and the country is isolated. Would be nice to hear a Bibi supporter explain just WHAT he has done good for Israel.
10. To: No. 5
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.22.15)
Ibrahim, you're a complete idiot. You do not have a clue about foreign policy, and you do not have a clue about international affairs. You are formidably ignorant on the incredibly bad things that Obama has done and the way he has run roughshod over the Constitution of the United States of America. You have no idea just how close Obama is to impeachment, do you? Keep living in your fool's paradise. You have plenty of company.

"British Prime Minister has been lobbying Congress" ,... Tell me when and what for? ,... 12 years passed since last British leader addressed US Congress and wasn't warmongering like Bibi did as I remember ,...
12. Good--I hope he keeps

13. Bibi's visit to Washington
Michael ,   Jerusalem, IL   (01.22.15)
You may not agree with Bibi's policies and politics, but you have to hand it to him for taking every opportunity to be seen as a great world leader. Remember how he elbowed his way to the front line of the anti-terrorism parade in Paris just two weeks ago? What do you want from him, he is a politician par excellence who knows his constituency and how to appeal to it.
14. Split #11
Jason,Ph.D.   (01.22.15)
A couple of days ago, I heard on the news that Prime Minister Cameron was lobbying Congress to not increase sanctions on Iran. I'm sure you can find it on the web. On the other hand, I'll bet foreign leaders lobby Congress all the time.
15. #7 they don't vote but they detest being played
avramele   (01.22.15)
American Jews do not vote in Israel (except of course the chabadniks flown in every few years just for the election.) However, American Jews don't like being manipulated by a pisher like Dermer and a duplicitous sleeze like Boehner. AIPAC and congress will dutifully applaud Bibi but behind the scenes Jewish members of Congress and the Senate (all but one Democrats) will be giving hell. This may hopefully be the last over reach by the Bibi choir.
16. Not Just American Jews
Jason,Ph.D. ,   Charlotte, USA   (01.22.15)
There is a very strong Fundamentalist Christian pro-Israel lobby in this country.
17. Hmm, is he an idiot or political genius ,...
split ,   US   (01.22.15)
... if this move is a proverbial hook the sinker and all nine yards of line thrown for AIPAC to choke one it and he's ready to burn his career as an offer on political altar to save this country, he's a genius ,... If not ,... ... strip this punk of immunity, arrest him and for breaching every possible diplomatic protocol and rule and make him face the jury of twelve for acting as foreign agent ,...

i agree that they detest being played by the follower of jeremiah wright and by the iranian stooge valerie jarrett.
19. Kudos to Bibi Netanyahu for postponing trip so that

down on the red?. If the blue comes up again someone loses big time
23. Can we trust the Nuke talks?
DOV ,   USA   (01.23.15)
We all know the Iranian regime are masters of deception. PM Bibi talking in front of a congress that is primarily for sanctions could be nothing but political. I just hope someone is ready to pull the trigger if needed. If it's taking this long to negotiate the Iranian must be stalling. Obama went out on a limb against sanctions in his State of the Union speech. Whats going on???? The public is clueless
24. YES, CONGRESS CAN USE SOME BRAINS FOR A CHANGE
IRANIAN JEW ,   LA USA   (01.23.15)
BIBI is a great politician and knows who to use and when. Obama could have learned so much from him, but too bad his ego is just too big
25. @ #9 NOT A FAN OF BIBI BUT I SHOULD SAY
IRANIAN JEW ,   LA USA   (01.23.15)
that the rockets were falling on Israel before BIBI was PM. Ideally, GEORGE BUSH forced Sharon to let Gaza go and therefore we got missiles. No one had the guts to explain to the world how dangerous Iran was. He really went out of his way to show all and of course made so many enemies along for trying to protect Israel. Housing in Israel go t worse since the economy and GDP went up. Of course, that means nothing to the average Israeli in this case. No one is fit enough to run Israel then BIBI st this point. I do not agree with settlements and his lack of action to curb them. I do appreciate the great stands he takes in showing the world that Israel is not defenseless. Yes, there is isolation, but it is not going to last when a republican president is in teh white house next.
26. Monkey Business
Charlie ,   Israel   (01.23.15)
Netanyahu has decided not to invite Obama to his speech in Washington because it can affect the sovereignty of our Prime Minister in the Congress.
