I find it absolutely absurd over the selfie taken by Miss Israel including Miss Lebanon. Politics should have no place in a beauty contest and this just confirms how ridiculous the Arab World reacts to Israel and Jews. The pageant should have made a strong statement against this and disqualified Lebanon

5. Rejecting Gestures of Friendship
Read the following from the article: “From the first day I arrived at the Miss Universe pageant I was very careful not to take any pictures with Miss Israel, who tried repeatedly to take pictures with me”. GMAFB!!! An arab had a perfect opportunity to show the world friendship is possible between the two cultures and Miss Lebanon rejects it! ***NOW*** is there any doubt which culture espouses friendship and getting along?
