Israel's actions are deplorable. They started this current round of attacks on Jan 18th with air strikes - their only goal in all this is to keep pushing Arab states to the brink. They want another war. The lines get blurred between Lebanon and Syria and the West Bank, which is ideal for them in their decades-long campaign to evict all Palestinians from the West Bank, by running them off their land or killing them. If the US wasn't supplying them with every armament known to man I doubt their chutzpah would be as prominent.
