Patriarch Sabbath is not very diplomatic in saying, "BDS is a way of pressuring Israel to make peace". Israel is ready and able to make peace with its neighbors. The PA needs to come to the peace table, ready and able to make peace with Israel. And while we're at it, this Patriarch needs to sit and think real hard about the damage he is doing by saying the things he believes will solve this complicated issue.

There is no chance for peace in the Holy Land without justice. Let us not waste more time.

In this piece of pro-Palestinian / anti -Israel propaganda. Gradstein continues her anti-Israel bias which she displayed at NPR (national public radio) in the US. The Media Line should not have given Gradstein a podium / pulpit from which to disseminate her bias She refers to the 2200 Palestinians killed in Israel's war of defense against the 4,454 rockets fired from Gaza by hamas in the summer of 2006. At least half of the Palestinians killed were hamas, yet Gradstein attempts to elicit sympathy for them and their unprovoked war against Israel. She skips over the fact that hamas were responsible for all Palestinian civilian casualties because hamas launched its war knowing it would lose and knowing its civilians would be killed. Gradstein also refers to 'Kairos Palestine but 'Palestine does not exist except for Arab and pro-Arab propagandists. If and when a second Arab state (in addition to Jordan) is created out of the former British Mandated territory defined as 'Palestine' by the British and extending to both sides of the Jordan River, the it will be legitimate to call it Palestine if the Arabs want a European name for their new state. As for the Christian Arabs, they do not condemn hamas rocket attacks on Israeli civilians, they do not condemn PA president Abbas' incitement and support for terror attacks against Israeli civilians e.g. those killed in the stabbing attack on the west Jerusalem synagogue or at the light rail train station or those stabbed on the bus in Tel Aviv. Abbas is silent on these Palestinian terror attacks and thus tacitly supports them. It is the rejection of peace with Israel by hamas and the PA which is the core problem. The Palestinians need to reject terror against Israel and make peace and that includes Chritstians in Israel and in Judea and Samaria.

Unfortunitly, regardless of weather or not the christians want peace, the fact is that the muslim arabs do not. and even if they agreed, it is only temporary for they respect nothing.

People who worship idols are not Christian at all. Also, Jesus said that his kingdom is not of this world.

Jesus was and is Jewish and righteousness needs to be worked out and the rest of the Jewish Scriptures fulfilled too. Trying to say that there needs to be this independence isn't the answer. You need to find the answers for living life together. This is like Esau and Jacob. And Esau comes to Jacob and calls him Israel. Israel has a right to exist. Israel was not even a government when Jesus lived. This hate mongering needs to stop and discussions of the future for all people started. The Lord's Prayer opens up the will of the Father in heaven to the whole earth. Let righteousness reign. Not just some figment of the imagination but practical results on the ground and in peoples lives. The threats against Israel by the Palestinians only substantiates their right to security in Eretz Israel. An example of peoples' skewed ways is the indecency and immorality that's prevalent in so-called religious countries. Doves are a wonderful example. Laws, penalties and ways are foreign on the land.
