1. Palestinian terrorists make war on Israeli civilians and ...

Israel is accused of 'war crimes and crimes against humanity' The writing is literally on the wall in these reports - Israel's existence is threatened by the UN. The 'highest representative international body and its criminal court declares the Jews to be among the world's worst war criminals - let the inquisition begin, the verdict has been declared. The upholder of human the rights of mankind becomes Nazism in a few generations and targets the Jewish state. The saying that: the road to hell is paved with good intentions' has never been truer than in regard to the UN.
2. I'll tell you what REALLY happened
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.03.15)
The commission headed by Schabas started to hear evidence provided by neutral journalists In the Strip during the operation. It pained Schabas to hear that his precious "palestinians" are guilty of war crimes, and crimes against humanity. He could not act against the entire commission, and he couldn't beg, borrow or buy their votes. That's why he resigned. Because he couldn't bear to acknowledge that Israel did not commit war crimes. Israel did not commit crimes against humanity. But Hamas did. Islamic Jihad did. The entire civilized world knows this. But Schabas isn't exactly civilized, and his irrational hatred for Jews and for the State of Israel are well known. He's just trying to save face before the "palestinians." I wonder how much he is planning to donate out of pocket to the worthless cesspool that is Gaza.
3. it don't take much to see bias

seems ridiculous to send him to do the work,
4. Resign Sheering - it won't make the slightest difference
(02.03.15)
A paid PLO consultant surprisingly can't chair a UK commission of deliver an objective report ever. I am surprised he did not disqualify himself in the first place or reveal his already well known bias and paid employment. For a Senior legal and adjudicator he seems to have had a very short sighted sense of impartiality and objectivity. Might as well throw the report in the bin of use it for winter heating fuel.
5. incompetence
Mark ,   UK   (02.03.15)
If this guy was a true professional, they why didn't he have the honesty to declare an interest in the very first place? Any honest lawyer who had previously worked for one of the parties would have disqualified himself. It all proves that the forthcoming report will be a sham!
6. Is this a joke ???
Jack ,   Europe   (02.03.15)
So this guy said he would be honestly work in this inquiry despite his past one-sided positions against Israel. And now that the report is almost finished, he will resign to avoid cristicism ??? This guy is definitly dishonest and, on top of that, a coward.
