1. Fantasy
jack ,   miami fl   (02.06.15)
This article is about as realistic as Santa Claus,The tooth fairy,Easter Bunny etc.
2. Islamists and Pagan Leftists
Brod ,   USA   (02.06.15)
They are out to destroy Israel from within. They are in cahoots with external Anti-Semite forces to achieve their evil goal. Israel should say NO to them.
3. Just another "post Zionist"
David ,   New york   (02.06.15)
He openly admits that naming it the "Zionist" party is a ploy to get gullible people to vote for them, when in reality they are anything but Zionist. To quote p.t. Barnum: you don't need to fool all the people all the time. There are enough suckers born everyday to keep leftists like these in business
4. Tell you what
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (02.06.15)
When Israel's Arabs are willing to serve in the military, we can talk equality. When they are ready to pay the full complement of taxes that Jewish citizens pay, we can talk equality. When they get rid of seditionists like Zoabi and Tibi, we can talk equality. Unless and until -- no dice. Sorry.
5. I rarely comment on election article, but this is funny
Jake ,   USA   (02.06.15)
Ynet doesn't even pretend to be objective anymore. The pro-Bibi to anti-Bibi ratio of articles is about 1:20 on this site, and that is not an exaggeration. I hope the Israeli electorate proves to be more independent minded than the brainwashed Americans who twice voted for an unknown incompetent due to media mind-washing.
6. Another propaganda piece favoring Insane Anti Zionist Camp
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (02.06.15)
7.  more dillusional rubbish...
oded ,   usa   (02.06.15)
from another lefty with a ketboard... so desperate ,that you now court the arab vote? how pathetic.
8. to aymen shawar
oded ,   usa   (02.06.15)
To be a zionist is to believe fully and whole heartedly that the land of israel historically and morally belongs to the jewish people. period. zionism was never against the arabs or other inhibtants of the land of israel, but was/is for the jewish nation. those of you who reject this histoirical and moral fact are anti- zionists. just refresh your memory, it was the arabs who initiated 5 wars of destruction(and still going strong)against israel. i guess they are anti zionists......
9. Fantacy Island
Wade ,   NYC USA   (02.06.15)
MK Tibi already said that the Arab list will not join a coalition for a "Zionist" government. Richter thinks many Arabs would vote for the Zionist Camp? Hah! We wish that Israeli Arabs would promote peaceful coexistence, but many do not. The PM Bibi will have the larger coalition to form the new gov't.
10. Oh don't worry: they know very well what party collaborates
(02.06.15)
with their Jihaddist aspirations: the Israeli Anti-Zionist, Lunatic Left. No need to remind them of that sad fact.
11. So, "Vote for Zoabi" he means?
Shalom ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (02.07.15)
Kobi urges Israeli Arabs "to go to the polls and vote for the Joint Arab List ." In other words, he wants them to help Hanin Zoabi stay in the Knesset. Doesn't he understand that he will accentuate dismay among average Israelis about the desperate tactics of the Left? This is yet another unthinking op-ed that will so infuriate people as to drive them into Bibi's arms.
12. Judgment
SK ,   Tel Aviv   (02.07.15)
Kobi Richter is a brilliant man, but it's worth remembering that Einstein supported socialism and was a hardcore pacifist until WWII.
13. Two states for two peoples
Miracle Dog ,   Israel   (02.07.15)
Contradiction: "all of Israel's sane citizens, both Arabs and Jews, who see our joint life in two states for two people as the beginning of the solution". Um, citizens of the other state won't be Israeli citizens. Are you suggesting booting Israeli Arabs out into the future Palestinian state, as they will do with the Jews in Yesha, thus creating two states for two peoples?
14. Richter is right
(02.08.15)
It is too bad that Richter doesn't know Arabic. If he did he would know that the Labor party is called the "Labor party for equality" in Arabic, and is only described as "Zionist" in the Hebrew press. But Richter is right that Arabs, like other citizens, should vote for Likud or Jewish Home to ensure that Israel survives as a democratic state.
