Re your first paragraph, you don't get it. The Palestnians are a fact whether you like it or not - and a significant number have national aspirations. By the same token half the global Jewish population is not Israeli and does not necessarily have national aspirations. Secondly, at least a good many Brits acknowledge the crimes of their imperialist past. As for Israel ...........

As I wrote, the Palestinians are an artificial entity forged after Israel's establishment. Before this they have been called Arabs. Britain has divided the original country in two, giving the lion's share (Jordan) to Arabs, and the rest promised to Jews (Balfour Declaration from 1917). Thus, Jordan is the Pal's homeland. The Muslims who live in Britain are also a fact, and most of them, as emerged from various researches, want that country to turn into a Muslim one. What about their aspiration ? Israel was founded to be also a shelter for Diaspora Jews in time of distress. And Indeed, the immigration from France for instance hit a record number last year. Hundreds arrived too from east Ukraine. The whole land of Israel has been captured in defensive wars, not imperialistic. It seems that you lack knowledge of local history.

And Shaola Romano's solutions, i.e. the status quo and Israel continuing to go down the tubes every day, are better than seeking a peace agreement?????
