First of all, ALL metropolitan areas have their issues with prostitutes and junkies around the world, nothing changes unless you do a couple of things like put the junkies in rehab and give them jobs, take the prostitutes off the street and show them SELF WORTH and give them jobs and bust the freakin' John's that look for them! If you're not willing to do this than you get what you get! ...JUST LIKE ANY OTHER COUNTRY!
