Why does Netanyahu believe that the responsibility for Israel's security lies with the US, and not Israel? Instead of funneling tax revenue to batei midrash and letting Slomiansky send security funds to the settlements rather than for the country's defense as a whole, he could have built GBU-28s or other earth penetrators indigenously. Now, Iran's enrichment sites are too hardened for air strikes. Did Israel ever pay back the US for resupplying it during the pointless 2014 war in Gaza, or is it just a charity case? Maybe Netanyahu can shill for his buddy Sheldon Adelson a little more and buy Hamas a casino, so there's another target to bomb for the next round, rather than actually demilitarizing the Strip which we all know he lacks the guts for.

This is not a partisan issue. It has to do with the security of the entire world. Bill Clinton is much more capable than Obama, and yet Clinton failed to stop N. Korea from getting nukes. I have absolutely no faith in Obama's ability/intention to do what is necessary to stop Iran. Iran with nukes will prove much more dangerous than N. Korea. although under us constitution international agreements are subject to formal approval by congress, obama intends to sideline congress once he signs the capitulation deal with iran. obama intends to claim that what he signs is not an agreement or a treaty. it is obvious that obama is playing semantics and is simply violating the us constitution as he has done many times as president. it is incumbent upon congress to insist on exercising its constitutional rights and not allow an imperial president to impose unilaterally his will on an entire nation and many of its allies.

I have been thinking the same thing, all of it.

Even if Iran does get nuclear weapons, they will never be used against Israel. (Unless Israel attacks Iran first) The Iranians are not stupid, they know that their cities will be destroyed if they do attack Israel.

(1) Obama does not hate Israel, but is doing what is best for America (which is exactly what he should do). (2) If there is a deal, Israel will just have to live with it (3) If there is no deal, the third-party sanctions and the banking distortions will simply disappear because the USA has no power to enforce third-party sanctions without the cooperation of the third parties who will no longer cooperate (4) other than a miniscule number of Americans and a small number of Israelis, no one on earth wants a war with Iran. (5) If Israel and/or the USA attack Iran, the rest of the world will severely punish the USA and Israel. China and Russia have both very publicly said they would punish anyone that attacks Iran. (6) an Israeli attack on Iran would lead to the economic and possibly the physical destruction of Israel.(7) Israel has no viable options, so Bibi may as well just shut up - Bibi has LOST the argument.

Obama is endangering America and Israel. This is the reason Congress needs to protect America and Israel from dark forces that are trying to undermine our countries.
