You seem to have problems understanding the fact that not all Jews are Israeli. Germany has a good number of Jewish citizens, many of whom were actually born there. Germany is therefore these peoples' Mother Country, and if the German govt. is making policies and decisions that will directly affect them and their lives more than any other group of Germans, they surely have the right to some representation during the making of those decisions and policies.
