6. A Correct Decision
Mark Jeffery Koch ,   Mount Laurel, NJ USA   (02.18.15)
A country that calls itself the only democracy in the Middle East must govern by the rule of the law, not by what the far Left and the Far Left mandate it should be. Although I find the views of both of these individuals repugnant, Israel is a nation of laws and must remain that way if its democracy will survive. A pluralistic society that has citizens from over a hundred different countries, the worlds three great religions, and many, many different cultures can and must remain true to the founding principles of Israels founders.....a nation of laws, not of men. Kudo's to the Israeli Supreme Court for showing it's neighbors and the world, including those misguided fools who call for cultural and economic boycotts of Israel, that Israel is a true and vibrant democracy based on the rule of law.
7. Disgraceful to let Hanin Zoabi run
Mike Druttman ,   Hod Hasharon   (02.18.15)
How can this Israel-hater sit in Israel's Knesset? It makes a mockery of the whole political process. She should be banned to Gaza. If she sits in the Knesset again she should swear an oath of allegiance to the State as a condition for taking her seat
8. Usually I support the High Court's right
A Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (02.18.15)
to make unpopular but legal decisions. I must admit that this time I am waiting to see the reasoning for the judges' decisions. Doesn't seem right somehow to overturn the ban on these two. Both extremists, both fanatics, both dangerous and both appeal to a certain portion of the population for emotional, not logical reasons.
9. to be an Israeli citizen
Shira ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (02.18.15)
I think it is about time, that for anyone to receive Israeli citizenship and benefits, MUST swear alliegance to the Jewish State of Israel!
10. Firebrand Zoabi
(02.18.15)
She supported IHH terrorists who attacked IDF soldiers, and hailed the Hamas warriors who butchered three Jewish boys. Funny how the Left calls themselves Zionists, but never support IDF

They overturned the decision to ban Marzel because the "evidence" used to support allegations of racism and violence were false newspaper articles. They overturned the decision to ban Zoabi because they find nothing wrong with Zoabi identifying herself as a Palestinian and not Israeli, or calling for attacks on IDF and Jewish civilians.
12. This High Kangaroo Court has to cease to exist as it is now!
(02.19.15)
Incredible, that in a place that calls itself a "democracy", almost any govt. decision can be overturned by a whim of this post-Bolshevik committee!
13. # 11 - No Name
A Jerusalemite ,   Jerusalem, Israel   (02.19.15)
Seems you think that you are a mind reader and know ahead of the publication what the judges will say... "The reasoning for the judges' decisions will be released on another date. "
14. Shame on the Supreme Court Judges
Pearl ,   Israel   (02.24.15)
Haneen Zoabi and her party are traitors to the State of Israel and not only should be banned from the government they should be barred from the country. She has proven time and again how much she hates us all here and that her loyalties lie against our Democratic - Jewish State of Israel. The following Judges that overturned the ban on her running for the Knesset should be ashamed of themselves and realize that the likes of Zoabi and her crew are using our Democratic values to destroy us. SHAME ON YOU !!! Supreme Court President Judge Miriam Naor and judges Esther Hayut, Hanan Melcer, Yoram Danziger, Neal Hendel, Uzi Vogelman, Isaac Amit and Zvi Zylbertal.
