The Palestinian Authority is a House of Card Sharps, if you pardon the pun. Abbas and company are in the ninth year of the four year term to which they were elected. Their sole purpose in life is to screw Israel and they have done not a thing for their people. Not a thing. They squander all the money they get from the EU and the UN on hate and incitement. They spend more time supporting th= cretins in the BDS than they do in creating jobs for their people. Excellent post. I agree with you completely. But I think that the international community has had quite enough of the "palestinians" generally, and Abbas, specifically. Abbas is the boy who has cried "Wolf!" one time too many. Just the way Hamas' method of fundraising -- goading Israel to a point where Israel can no longer respond in a measured, specific fashion and then pointing to a ruined Gaza -- is now ignored (a promise of $5.4 billion is one thing; Gaza has yet to collect the cash), Abbas' pleas (threats) have fallen on deaf ears. It has not gone unnoticed that the billions of dollars and billions of euros have gone nowhere but the pockets of the "leadership" of the "palestine" authority and into creating civil service "jobs" for the extended families of that "leadership." It certainly hasn't gone to maintaining infrastructure -- roads, sewage systems, water carriers and the like -- that Israel so painstakingly built for them. It certainly hasn't gone into attracting foreign investment or creating jobs. But, you have a whole bunch of billionaire "palestinians." so, from their perspective, who cares? They have always -- like Hamas -- found open purses throughout the international community just by bleating. We've cottoned on to their games. It's all over for the "palestine" authority -- whether they realize it or not. Israel will annex Judea and Samaria, and beyond some expected lip service, no one will care. Rather than repatriating West Bank "palestinians" to Jordan, which is weak and unstable and doesn't really want these citizens back, Israel will deport them all to Gaza. Israel needs a quiet border to its east. Let the "palestinians" build their "state" in Gaza. It has potential, and it has a lovely seacoast. Assuming they actually do something other than try and conquer Israel. That would be both stupid and suicidal. But no one really credits the "palestinians" with very much in the way of a brain. They need to understand that the next time they challenge Israel will be the last time. They do not seem to understand that they are one small step away from extinction. So be it.

What would you do when you have many bills and rent to pay and you have no money. The answer is you'll file for bankruptcy. The same thing Abbas will do if he has no money and of course he will dismantle the PA and let the occupiers take care the occupied which will be a disaster for Israel and probably a coup against the government.

Put in some rational Arabs who do NOT want a state of their own and who would love Israel to bring Israeli jurisdiction to the entire Land of Israel; Arabs who do not want independence from Israel, but cooperation with the Jews.
