Netanyahu seized about 200 million shekels in PA tax money as a punishment to Abbas, instead of just keeping it in the bank to punish Abbas it should be given to IEC help pay off the PA bill thats been building up over 20+ years but successive governments turned a blind eye for peace.
Right now Israeli taxpayers are paying the PA bills because if IEC needs to recover their losses somehow so they raise electric prices for Israelis.
