The relationship is either bi-partisan i.e, regardless of leaders of Israel or the US or it is not bipartisan. As for ruining Netanyahu's relationship with Obama - that is impossible since Obama has always disagreed with Netanyahu's policies re the Arabs and Netanyahu does not trust Obama who is pro-Moslem because of his Moslem father who he has idealized. Bibi's speech will hopefully do one very good thing - it will focus, for a short while, Americans' attention on the upcoming negotiations aimed at an interim agreement between the US, UK, France, Germany, Russia & China with Iran re its nuclear weapons program and 'right to nuclear fuel enrichment (a right it does not have). Only the US can be regarded as a solid friend of Israel in that group and US support varies with the President. Its a dicey situation for Israel but that's the way it is.
