If Netanyahu is PM, the UN will make a serious investigation, consider all the evidence, and find Israel guilty of war crimes.
If Herzog is PM, the UN will make a serious investigation, consider all the evidence, and find Israel guilty of misconduct that falls short of war crimes.

Obviously, the inquiry has only come up with evidence of war crimes and crimes against humanity for which Hamas and the rest of the terrorist rabble in Gaza are responsible.
What to do, what to do?
Why -- ask for an extension and scramble hard to try and manufacture some against Israel.
That's not how it works. No extensions. Produce the evidence you have -- Hamas and their cohorts are war criminals and guilty of crimes against humanity -- and let the chips fall where they may.
Perhaps Makarim Wibisono, the special rapporteur -- can call on Hamas to investigate the massacre of Israeli civilians and other Jews by Hamas.

They always maintain that Gaza is small and so any news travels fast and little is secret
So why did they turn a blind eye to Tunnel Building into Israeli territory
Why did they turn a blind eye to rockets attacks into civilian areas in Israel from Gaza
Why did they turn a blind eye to Hamas obscene racial incitement
Why did they turn a blind eye to Hamas brainwashing of children
Why did they turn a blind eye to massive corruption on a scale that is BLINDING
Why did they turn a blind eye to Hamas police brutality?
Who is WATCHING the WATCHERS
