It is excellent news but with people like Eric Holder involved I don't expect to see justice. The world sees what it wants to and though it's obvious what losers the Pals are the world will probably continue to support them just as so many continue to support Obama.

And as the pals March to the ICC in their quest to blemish Israel, let's not forget the multiple crimes they themselves will face in an ICC court. Every projectile they fired during that period was indiscriminately fired at NON MILITARY targets. You want ICC? Go for it and remember we are not deaf dumb and blind.

The Department of Justice did its level best to thwart the lawsuits brought by victims of "palestinian" terrorism, both against the Arab Bank and against the PLO and "palestine" authority. Fortunately, the federal judiciary in the United States is an independent body, and both the Arab Bank and the PLO and "palestine" authority have been found significantly liable -- to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. Hard to buy a federal judge and twelve citizens good and true, but heaven knows, they did try. They failed. End of story. The lawsuits against Hamas are coming and, given their repeated attacks that have resulted in the deaths of many American citizens and the maiming and crippling of countless more, they don't stand a chance. The "palestinians" have been allowed by a complacent world to believe that they are above the law. Well, they're not. They have sown the wind and, in so many fora, the time has come to reap the whirlwind. I think the international community -- and very definitely the federal courts in the United States -- are pretty much done with the "palestinians." And all other terrorists. It's over for them. We've had enough.
