1. Reporters and their repetition
Stokey Stardust ,   Florida USA   (04.03.15)
How many times do these reporters have to repeat and repeat the same old line that we've been hearing for years. I'm sure they have a brain cell putting out the power of a one volt battery. Here's what I mean (and I'm doing the same thing they are in essence but to explain what I mean) "Netanyahu believes Iran is trying to develop a nuclear bomb" ... seriously, how many times do we have to see this? And yes, Obama is only fulfilling what is to come in his bending to Iran. The US is terrified of Russia and Iran. A nuke landing on Washington's doorstep just isn't the way to finish off a good breakfast consisting of Shredded Wheat laced with sour kraut.
2. Peace in our times
Neville Chamberlain ,   London, England   (04.03.15)
When you make a deal with the devil.. one pays with his soul.. incredible.. truly incredible that the wimpy western powers once again believe an evil, rengade regime.. that they will behave.. they have learned nothing
3. Mr Sotero should be compared..
Beary White ,   Norway   (04.03.15)
..to any terrorist , who has done as much damage as possible, before killing himself. This Iran-deal is the ultimo damage mr Sotero will do before leaving office after putting the world ablaze. Sure mr Sotero has just lost his free condo in Riyadh...
4. Lets pretend Bibi gets his wish derail the talks, Then WHAT?
Spyguy ,   seattle usa   (04.03.15)
I have seen zero discussion in the Israelis or USA press (except for Juan Cole) about what happens if Bibi derails the talks, BUT here are some very probable consequences (1) most of the sanctions simply disappear overnight. Not only will Russia and China not put any more sanctions in place, but the current sanctions will disappear. While many European nations may not actually drop the sanctions, they will just ignore any infractions. (2) China will bring the new international bank on-line quicker (the same bank Israel is trying to join) and the new bank will allow full trade with Iran with no USA controls or knowledge. This will weaken both the USA controlled banking system and the USA dollar. (3) Sure, the USA congress critters may pass all sorts of laws over Obama's veto, but all those laws would be worthless at best and extremely hurtful to USA business at worst. If USA business gets hurt, think about how two USA Governors have just been forced to swallow their pride and back down in the face of business anger.(4) the rest of the world will ignore Bibi and many will consider Israel a major global problem to be "solved" one way or another.(5) Sure, Israel could attack Iran, but what would be the consequences for that because Iran is NOT going to capitulate to Israel. How many Israelis want a very deadly war on their doorsteps? (6) The BOTTOM LINE is Israel can not win in this situation.
5. Iran will retain its ability to produce nuclear bombs
CJK   (04.03.15)
iran will retain its ability to produce nuclear weapons and to deliver them. iran will continue uranium enrichment, weaponisation and the production of ballistic missiles. iran will maintain all of its known nuclear and enrichment facilities. iran will continue r&d on weaponisation, miniaturisation of nuclear warheads, nuclear triggers and implosion devices. iran will continue to build more and better ballistic missiles. iran has given up virtually nothing, but will get the lifting of sanctions. iran's economy will thereby hugely improve allowing iran to buy large amounts of conventional weapons. conclusion: iran will improve its economy, much expand its conventional weapons stocks, and will still have the ability to build nuclear weapons.
6. watch out for secret protocols
CJK   (04.03.15)
germany and the soviet union signed a non-aggression pact in 1939. in 1940, the parties signed an expanded trade pact. the germans were to receive food stuffs and oil and the soviets were to receive military hardware, including tanks and warplanes. it was the content of the secret protocols that was most shocking. germany and the soviets divided europe among themselves. the soviets were to receive latvia, lithuania, estonia, finland, half of poland and parts of romania(bessarabia). the pacts did not stop the slaughter of wwii. the only agreement that survived the war was the secret protocol.
7. Trust HASHEMs Word in Ezekiel chap 38 !.

Iran will come for Israel so, no need to take International concernes. Strike Iran, that is the only way to stop its Nucklear program. Arn.Sweden.
8. Not surprised by an unsatisfied israel
Hans ,   Germany   (04.03.15)
Israel is such a problem child that is content with no solution proposal.US is fed up with the song Bibi reiterates singing. Israel is unsatisfied in either case; with or without Iran's nuclear program.
9. Netanyahu is on a wrong side of the history
Harri ,   EU   (04.03.15)
Israel is heading to a total isolation with Netanyahu. Start negotiating with other nations or you may understand one day what it is like to live in Gaza. I hope you the best but I fear the worst.
10. The biggest threat to Israel's existence....

14. Recognizing
Sjoerd van der Velde ,   Hoorn, Holland   (04.03.15)
The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is very right. The Iranian regime must cooperate, or otherwise face the consequences. MAY G.D ALSO BLESS ISRAEL!
15. Response to #4
Nadya ,   California, USA   (04.03.15)
I absolutely agree with you. I don't understand Israel's automatic criticism of the deal since they have not been privy to the details. Also, Israel has a superior defense system, nuclear capabilities, nuclear submarines, the list goes on. Iran doesn't want to eradicate their own country so they won't nuke Israel. Iran doesn't like your country but neither do the other Arab entities. U.S. Will not be going to war, so get over it.
16. The US is war weary
Max ,   Los angeles USA   (04.03.15)
The US hasspent the last 15 year in 2 simultaneous foreign wars - and accomplished nothing positive. All that's been done is that the US' and world's economy went into a deep Depression, thousands of american soldiers were killed and tens of thousands were crippled, the region is MORE unstable, not less and the removal of Saddam Hussein has encouraged the growth of the Pro-Iran Shia and the development of ISIS. Plus there is also the fact that Iran is NOT Iraq. Iraq is an artificial nation, randomly assembling many different religious and tribal groups that was created by the british post-WW1. Iraq always had deep sectarian resentments boiling under the surface. Iran is much, much different. Iran/Persian has had a distinct national identity and rich cultural heritage going back thousands of years. Iran is much larger in size and population and ethnic persians form the majority. There are deep cracks in Iranian culture between youth and the religious, democracy activists and backer of the Ayatollah regime, pro-western advocates and strict islamists, etc. - give it some time, the older generations are dying off and the internet is allowing the young people to connect to the world and see the limitations of their government. Direct attacks, war and occupation, would only unite the rival factions in iranian society to fight against the invaders, strengthen the Ayatollah regime and strengthen their resolve to gain nuclear weapons.
17. What is it you don't get?
Daniel   (04.03.15)
It's getting tiresome to read all comments that somehow think it's treason or unsuitable for the US and other countries to do a deal with Iran. In case people aren't aware, Israel isn't the US. Now, I do love Israel and Iranian nuclear weapons worry me. But the US president has NO obligation to consider Israel any more than Togo, Panama, Tajikistan or other smaller countries. We can HOPE he does consider it, but a US president ignoring Israel is no better or worse TO THE US than a president ignoring Panama. This seems to be beyond the grasp of a fair number of people, who seem to think Israel and the US are in some kind of union. The same people who are furious if Obama interferes in Israel (and rightly so) somehow seem to think interference the other way is fine. It's not, it's exactly the same.
18. A "framework deal"
Sjoerd van der Velde ,   Hoorn, Holland   (04.03.15)
The dictatorial, criminal and barbaric regime in "islam" Tehran is not only a threat and danger to it"s own people, but also to the rest of the present entire human world-population and (hu)mankind. It surely has to be destroyed, punished and brought to justice, if possible DEAD OR ALIVE NOW!
19. To: Facebook Meze Ozan
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.03.15)
Are you referring to the Russian-manufactured radar that Israel blinded so easily when the IAF destroyed Qazvin and Parchin from the air? That radar? Your problem is that you seriously underestimate Israel's full capacity and you seriously overestimate the capabilities of the Islamic Republic. Look at what has been happening to the revolutionary guard in Syria (they're dropping like flies). Sooner or later, Iran will either have to admit defeat in Yemen, or send more of its revolutionary guard to the slaughter. The revolutionary guard is also heavily deployed along Iran's border with Iraq and its border with Afghanistan -- to keep DAESH from surging across its border with respect to the former; and to thwart what is a very active drug trade with respect to the latter. If Israel decides to go after Iran, Iran will fold like a cheap suit. But please remember that Israel tried the civilized way first. Obama could be impeached over this mistake.
20. israel
John Ayoub ,   United States   (04.03.15)
Israel tries to control the US policy. who cares what Israel thinks?
21. And the beat goes on....
Gabe ,   Canada   (04.03.15)
Centrifuges are spinning at full speed while the gullible West is taken for a ride on the magic carpets of Iran's Magicians. Nothing good will come out of all this, I am sure.
22. does Israel recognize Israel?
chris (munich)   (04.03.15)
Talk about the borders being "undefined" suggests not.
23. It's time
TC ,   AZ, USA   (04.03.15)
that Israel grow up about this. This has the most intrusive inspections regime ever imposed in the nuclear era. The world has demanded for 50 years that Israel quit building settlements, Israel has ignored that and the USA has had Israel's back at the UN on every related issue. Israel needs to retake the moral high ground and announce that it will begin immediate negotiations using the Saudi Peace plan as a starting point and will quit building in the settlements while negotiations are proceeding. This would weaken Hamas, irritate Hezbollah, and result in recognition by all of the gulf states with full diplomatic and economic relations.
24. To: No. 4
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (04.03.15)
You're asking all the wrong questions. You need to ask yourself what will happen to Iran when Israel decides that it will not tolerate a major existential threat so close to our borders? See, the choice about Iran's "capitulation" does not belong to Iran. It belongs to the Jewish State. Whether you like it or not, Iran will be stopped. You had the choice to work with us, or against us. Clearly, Obama has made his choice. Now Israel will make ours.
25. 5 When Israel gives up its illegal WMD stockpile
lydia ,   Brisbane   (04.04.15)
Conclusion: Israel will have to fork up Iranian Oil money. Can't pretend any longer that sanction prevented them paying for the Oil received.
26. 10.The elephant in the room was Israel WMDs
lydia ,   Brisbane   (04.04.15)
POTUS would have had to negotiate with the Netanyahu WMDs millstone around his neck..

28. Obama wanted any deal, good or bad.
Sam ,   Canada   (04.03.15)
Similarly, Obama wants Israel to sign any deal with the Palestinians, good or bad. Obama wants to appease Muslims and get them out of his concern.
