Russia is going to get Iranian oil cheap via barter and then mix it with their own oil and sell it on the global market at higher prices. Once the oil leaves Iran, there will be no real way to tell if it is Iranian or Russian. Very clever and everyone on earth wins except the USA government and Israel. Note, though , USA oil companies also win because once Russia "re-brands" the oil, the USA companies can legally use it.
