These women were paid handsomely for carrying a child. They don't want the babies -- they want the money. They have earned more money for carrying a baby than they could hope to earn in three lifetimes. The Israelis do not owe them anything -- these women couldn't even carry the babies fully to term. Clearly, they cared more about the money and less about bringing a healthy, full-term baby into the world. Moreover, I guess you've forgotten all about the horrific earthquake in Haiti. Israel was one of the first countries to deploy, and certainly the only country that brought a full field hospital. Prior to that, a number of years ago, there was a devastating earthquake in Turkey, and Israel immediately dispatched heavy earth moving equipment, search and rescue teams and, of course, our forte -- top of the line medical care and fully staffed and equipped field hospitals. You're a moron, Max. An ignorant one. You should follow Abraham Lincoln's dictum: "'Tis better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt."

Sarah - couldnt say it better. thanks for your comment i have an innocent question - are the eggs also from the Nepalese women or are they just the surrogates; and the eggs are brought from abroad? thanks and g-d bless ISRAEL
3. surrogacy is modern slavery and open to discussion

while it's another subject, the article isn't clear on the procedure the FM intends to put in place in order to evacuate Nepalese babies to Israel. That would have been interesting to know how it intends to do that in order not to fall into abduction of a child. I don't think that surrogacy is the best thing our gay community has been doing lately. G.Moscatelli
