In the USA, I see women wearing short shorts who say they belong to churches and congregations who do not reflect the modest appearance of Elohim's chosen women of faith. My grandmother NEVER wore shorts or short shorts or a bikini or any swim suit attire that was not modest and old fashioned and covered from neck to knees. When my husband was in the US Navy, I refused to wear swim suits to swim parties for other men to ogle at me and women to get jealous about their men ogling another woman! What an offense to Elohim that would be! I was covered from neck to knees and no one told me to leave.
