1. Congress must stop Obama's capitulation deal.

there is no doubt whatever that obama's deal would allow iran to acquire nuclear weapons in the near future. iran is a rogue, genocidal shia terror regime which is bent on exporting its shia terror revolution world wide. iran is a threat to the entire region, including its water ways and its oil and gas production centers. iran, without nuclear weapons, manages to control through its shia terror proxies, lebanon, syria, iraq, yemen and gaza. iran's goal in aquiring nuclear weapons is to use those weapons as nuclear blackmail and nuclear terror. reports that iran has a very robust cyber warfare capabilities, should be a warning to the entire free world. it proves that iran is intent on keeping dangerous and hostile defencive weapons systems which could destroy entire nations.
2. #1 - NOT an Obama deal but UN deal.

If the members of the UNSC sign the agreement, the US congress will have no say what so ever. If the USA tries to veto the UN resolution removing international sanctions after there is an agreement, Russia and China will simply invoke UNGA 377 and over-ride the USA veto (Yes, a USA UNSC veto can be over-ridden). In the end most of the non-USA sanctions will simply disappear and USA businesses will be very angry with the congress critters. Iran has successfully check-mated the US congress and Bibi.

nonsense. unga resolutions are political in nature. no un resolution can bind us congress, not even those passed under chapter vii.
4. #3 - Congress has very limited powers
spyguy ,   seattle usa   (04.28.15)
What you appear to fail to understand is congress can not tell the rest of the world what to do and any USA laws that congress might create stoop at the USA borders. USA sanctions on Iran have been in place since 1979 and have proven to be completely ineffective. The only sanctions that actually worked were the ones put in place by Russia, China and the EU and once the UN lifts sanctions , most of those sanctions will simply disappear. Congress critters have a huge hubris about what power they actually have which is very small from a global perspective.
