We need to drive home the point that Israel strongly discourages any hostile fire into Israeli territory. Taking out one or two missile batteries in each of Lebanon and Syria should be enough to dissuade them. If it doesn't, we can always up the ante.

Go back and read the news article. The mortars fell IN ISRAEL. What part of that do you NOT understand? Besides, Israel has annexed the Golan Heights, acquired from Syria in the course of fighting a DEFENSIVE war against Syria. Please do your (admittedly quite limited) best to acquaint yourself with the facts, Jack, before you post stupid comments. You won't embarrass yourself nearly as much as you do at present. It's simple enough. The Golan Heights are sovereign Israeli soil. Don't like it? Too bad.
