the 5,000+ lost Yemenites children kidnapped and sent to be adopted by Jews and Christinians in Israel and abroad during the early years of Zionist Israel. Also sounds eerily similar to the 100,000 Sephardic children whom Dr. Sheba (the Josef Mengele in Israel) experimented radiation treatments.

i had the privilege af attending a weekend conference in 2008 of The Jewish Children's Survivors of the Holocaust. I heard many of these stories. It was a testament of the human will to survive.
