If we agreed to 99% of the arab demands but rejected 1% the arab response would be no deal, there is nothing to negotiate you either agree to 100% of the demands or deal is off. Its not even a practical because it says we must not only give the pals a state but we must give up the Golan and this war in Syria has proven to even the leftists we still need the Golan, oslo at least dealt with the pals alone and didn't put include the Golan in the package. Its a deal thats good for everybody except Israel but as usual Israel's left and the west love it. If we accepted this plan its likely to lead to uprisings and political assassinations.
