The Quartet "RoadMap for Peace" was a reasonable package that was not accepted by the Palestinians, so now the EU is going to want to make up a new plan more along the lines of what the Pals want. When is the world going to get the picture that there is nothing short of an agreement that guarantees Israel's suicide that will please the Pals??

Before a peace treaty with Israel, there needs to be a decision - who is Israel going to make peace with? Hamas or the PLO(PA)? Israel tried to help stabilize the Lebanese government, and that did not work. So, now first inform Israel who controls "hearts and minds" of the Palestinian residents, before blaming Israel for failure of the process.
