SK ,   Tel Aviv   (06.07.15)
Hopefully Zev will be ok
2. Poor research!
Dan   (06.07.15)
The author's theory might be true. But he offers absolutely no evidence to support it, only a personal assumption following the rejection of his article. One hopes his academic research is based on better procedure and principles.
3. Welcome to the middleage
Avi L.   (06.07.15)
Tell then to use some islamic technology instead of "jewish science" (guess who said it).
4. journal articles
Eli Turkel ,   Israel   (06.07.15)
depends on the field I am an associate editor of a prestigious journal in the sciences though I am from Tel Aviv University. Of course Israeli articles appear all the time in science journals. This in spite that almost all these journals do list the authors for the reviewer
5. The home of the boycott
Nice Bloke ,   Rochdale, UK   (06.07.15)
Oh the irony (if that is the right word) of it all. Europe, apart perhaps from the Muslim world, with the Holocaust still in living memory, pushing hardest for the boycott of Israel, economically. culturally and in academia. It simply beggars belief and makes me feel ashamed that I live here.
6. like the plague, this will pass too
CJK   (06.07.15)
once the goy nations realise that the plague is not in fact caused by the jews, they will stop blaming the jews.
7. Louis Bogaty on FB
Claude ,   UK and Cape Town   (06.07.15)
Oh dear , likes mobile homes and De Laurean. Trailer Trash on YNet.
8. exclusion of Israeli academics
Benjamin Reiser ,   Moreshet Israel   (06.07.15)
My experience is completely different. This may be due to the fact that my research is not in the humanities but in science. I am on the editorial boards of 2 very prestigious international journals , regularly publish in top - tiered international journals , and receive 2-3 papers a month to review . In addition I am asked to write letters of evaluation for tenure and promotion by universities in the US, Canada & the UK. I attend international conferences wearing a kippah and have never had any problems. I have not heard from any of my colleagues here in Israel who work in the sciences that they have had any problems. I am wondering whether this is more of a problem in the humanities since they appear to be more politicized.
9. And the Israeli Academia is on the (ultra) Left
tiki ,   belgium   (06.07.15)
An still they are being boycotted by the 'righteous Liberals of the West. Hopefully the Israeli Academia has learned it's lessons and starts to be solidare with the rest of Israel against the Western bigots! A Jew is a Jew and will always be the Jew for the Western Gutmensch, no matter how deep you bend! Never forget!
