2. Palestinians have agreements with U.S and EFTA countries
Adler J   (06.05.15)
There is also a Free Trade agreement with the U,S. and Canada, allows a duty free for Palestinians products in the U,S. - The interim EFTA agreements (Norway, Switzerland Liechtenstein, and Iceland) allows a free trade between palestinians industrial and agricultural products and those four countries. And all those agreements to help the palestinian economy. What were doung the Palestinians with all this benefits they received?
3. ohhhh! he was not aware there was a bds campaign
Adler J ,   ISRAEL   (06.05.15)
if he is french probably he have heard jews worldwide know pretty well about Christian Dior, Gucci, Givenchy, Cacharel, Channel, Ives Saint Laurent, Jean Paul Gaultier, Nina Ricci, Thierry Muglier, Pierre Cardin, etc etc etc...We Israelis love French Products. We never said we are going to boycott French brands o franchises, we dont want to do that for political reasons, after all if there are better franchises qualities and prices in Asia or in American and latin America
4. EU agreements with palestinians
Adler J   (06.05.15)
As you all probably know the Oslo Agreements do not permit Palestinians Companies to sign international agreements with European Countries members states of EU. Even though EU signed a five year interim deal for trade and cooperation with the PLO in other words with the Palestinian Authority. The clauses of the agreement specified that the OLP or the Palestinuan Authority cant be envolved directly neither indirectly in racism encitement or in terrorism against jews, israelis, or against the Jewish State of Israel. source: EMMA: european union agreements with Non European Countries
5. about franchises,,,
Adler J ,   ISRAEL   (06.05.15)
Franchising has become part of the Israeli economy market. Over 250 franchising business are operating actually in Israel in different kind of business activities. If all the owners are israelis and they pay for instance to Europeans to hold the name of the franchise or corporation, and if the israeli owner of that franchise is employing thousands of israelis by calling to boycott the franchise, indirectly you are endagering Israel economy.
6. "I was not aware that there is an international campaign..."

He's lying.
7. So why announce IN EGYPT,

where there has been a campaign against Orange for its link with Israel, that he wants to end the link? Just a coincidence? Who can believe it?

9. Boycott Orange (FR) & All French Products
Scott ,   Ramat Gan   (06.05.15)
I haven't heard Mr. Richard say he wants to cancel Orange's license agreement in any other country, just Israel - so it is political & directed at Israel. The French have consistently chosen the side of the Arabs in the Israeli-Arab conflict & will continue to do so. They are not friends of Israel & certainly not an ally. They didn;t care about terrorism in France until it affected non-Jews. If you use Orange in Europe cancel your service & boycott all products from this anti-Semitic country!
10. Orange and BDS
JLH ,   EVANSTON, IL   (06.05.15)
Why did he parner with an Israeli group in the first place? he Arabs have been trying to boycott Israel since 1948. Why divest now? Does two-faced ring a bell?
11. What a hypocrate...

12. Richard is lying: he is caving to Arab pressure
C   (06.05.15)
the israeli company partner should sue him for breach of contract for the maximum amount.
13. Fabius is lying: France does not oppose boycotts
C   (06.05.15)
boycotts are illegal under the rules and regulations of the wto. boyocotts were ruled illegal by a french court. the french government refuses to enforce the rules of the wto and the ruling of the french court. furthermore, orange is partly owned by the french government. hence the decision to boycott israel by orange is approved by the french government. the french government acts as the errand boy of the arabs and muslims of this world. the french government has lost its honour and its sovereignty. france is further encouraged by the obama regime to do its dirty work. kerry had threatened israel with boycotts. just a few days ago, obama gave an interview where he made it clear that he will stop defending israel if israel does not follow his dictates. there are anti-boycott laws in the us, but obama will not enforce them. enforcements will have to come from the courts. new legislations will come both from congress and from state legislatures. bds has no future in the us.
14. Amazing
David ,   USA   (06.06.15)
It is amazing how pro-Israelis have managed to change the entire narrative. Now, even criticizing their settlement construction and calling for sanctions on Israel for its settlement activities is "anti-semitism". Now, Israel is somehow the "victim" of the big bad boycotters when Israel is the one violating international law and settlement building on Palestinian lands. I've never seen anything like it--its like bizarro world. Do Israelis really believe themselves when they say this?
