The US congress will not declare war on Syria or ISIS, so they are not going to attack Iran either. As for your "demands:" (1) the P5+1 can only limit but not stop enrichment under the NPT. If they try to eliminate it, Iran will just walk away from the NPT and there will be no supervision. (2) Per the CIA and the IAEA all uranium in Iran is strictly accounted for and NONE is being weaponized - there is no Iran weapons program (3) There is no way to limit conventional explosives research.(4) there is no way to limit missile research. Unless Israel is willing to dedicate their entire population to invading and occupying Iran, there is NOTHING that can be done except limit enrichment. BTW - the US military documents show that it would take over 3 million soldiers to "pacify" a country the size of Iran.
