1. Defund ALL our foes; especially the P.A.
Chaim ,   Israel   (06.11.15)
The author is correct. It is pure insanity for Israel to fund our foes; whether they are artists or anything else. Most of all; Israel need to defund the P.A. and fictional "Palestine". Other than Iran, they are Israel's most dangerous enemies.
2. Jewish insanity
David ,   NYC   (06.11.15)
Can you name any other race or religion that would ever even contemplate allowing such propaganda against itself?Jews have become their own worst enemy, and it is a serious disease. As and example, I keep reading the stories about BDS. Well, guess what: If the Jewish prime minister does not have the spine to lay historical, legal, and moral claim to Eretz Yisroel, because he is afraid of his own shadow, why expect anything less from the world. Really, what is wrong with Jews? How can you demand that young men sacrifice years of their lives in the IDF and reserves, and then even consider allowing things like this to not only occur, but actually be funded with Jewish money? Bennett seems to be the only sane Jew these days. My deepest heartfelt condolences to this family, who have salt poured directly on a wound that will never ever heal. And to the censor: why do you routinely publish hateful anti-Israel comments, yet feel the need to censor my comment?

SK ,   Tel Aviv   (06.11.15)
Let these 'artists' compete in the free market like everyone else. Are they worried their work will not be appreciated?
6. A soup filled with false information
Shachar ,   Eilat   (06.11.15)
Firstly the state doesn't have to fund anyone for any reason, nobody is forcing the state to fund anything. Secondly: funding is almost always decided by commitees. The education commitee that decided to fund the play are representitives of the state- so the state decided of it own free will to fund the play. The education minister is within his rights to decide not to fund the play, making political decisions is his job. No problem here. Anyone who feels the minster's decision is wrong can turn to the courts, that is why we have courts, there is no problem here either. It is highly unlikely that the court will interfere as long as the decision making process is followed. There is nothing unusual about the process, this is how states function. How you arrived at the non-sensical idea that the state was being forced to fund something is beyond me.

Not only does obama allow the untrammeled invasion of foreign nationals into our country, undermining national security and increasing the deficit, he repeatedly releases known criminals onto our streets.
