1. Say no more Muslim flight attendant?
BUILD BABY BUILD!!!!   (06.19.15)
Says it all.... A Muslim set up intended to cause a stir.
2. Not good publicity for Buchari people or Israelis in general
(06.19.15)
What is it that prompts otherwise relatively intelligent folks (he can operate sophisticated equipment) to behave in such utterly bovine manner? At least he could've pointed out that Mr. A.H. was born in Austria instead of blaming the wrong nation for the Shoah.
3. There are no flight attendant wearing headscarfs at AUA
Flight attendant ,   Munich, Germany   (06.19.15)
He is definitely lying about the muslim flight attendant with a headscarf. As a European flight attendant I know for sure that this is not conform with any European airline dress codes (safety reasons above all). And airlines are very strict about their dresscodes!
4. Shame on you
Ari   (06.19.15)
Shame on you for insulting a woman just because she's a Muslim. Shame on you. 20 percent of Israelis are Muslim.
5. Rueven Leviev and Muslim women
Ari   (06.19.15)
Rueven Leviev should be sued over his unbecoming remarks insulting a Muslim flight attendant. It is important to say that 20 percent of Israeli citizens are Muslim, and that Leviev's views are shocking to Israelis.
6. Israeli + overweight luggage
Shana   (06.19.15)
Israeli + overweight luggage... why am I not surprised? Any time I fly to and from Israel the plane is crammed with overweight, bulky "hand luggage".
7. Bad News
Steve ,   Tucson, USA   (06.19.15)
The camera man and his crew got what they deserved. Making excuses about a crew member being Muslim only shows how foolish and bad mannered they were. Shame on them!
8. Unrully Passenger
Zvi ,   Toronto / Bat yam   (06.19.15)
That is not the first time thean Israeli is behaving in a disgusting and shamfull way in public, as result of very low education you get in Israel. If this person was leaving in the old USSR (Bukhara Ozbekistan) he would not even dream to behave that way. He a shame to his community.
9. A Disgrace to Professional Photographers
BrianR ,   London   (06.19.15)
If his equipment was over weight or too large to go in the cabin, that's it. It goes in the hold. The days of photographers, TV Cameramen etc being treated as special cases have long gone. His behavior was totally unprofessional, it has nothing to do with his nationality or religion. As the former Chairman of a professional television cameramen's organisation, I really cannot condone such behavior. He was very lucky indeed to get way with the fine.
10. Photographers
Ameridane ,   Ã…rhus, Denmark.   (06.19.15)
Another ugly Israeli, they really know how to misbehave-" I want my chocolate" REPETITION.
11. Nr2
(06.19.15)
You are mistaken the austrians were just as bad if not even worse than the germans
12. #1: How wonderfully open-minded of you!
Steve ,   Liverool, UK   (06.19.15)
13. on the one hand I have flown Austrian Air several times...
Sally Forth ,   Israel   (06.20.15)
and know that they have a really bad service record...this is really beyond me as they are owned by Lufthansa A.G. They are rude, don't provide proper information and tend to treat all non-Austrians as fourth or fifth class passengers (and that's on a good day) On the other hand...uff! If what is written here is true well then Mr. Davidov is just as responsible for the bad situation as Austrian AirLines. It is really a sad situation.
14. Lesson
Birdi ,   Israel   (06.20.15)
to be learnt here. Fly El Al to & from Israel. You are allowed to carry your cameras etc on board with you. El Al flight attendants do not wear head scarves! some do in fact wear the Star of David around their necks. Am Israel Chai.
15. Easy solution...
sheik rattle & roll ,   United States   (06.20.15)
Put him on the do not fly list. Obey all airline employees regardless of the situation. Who does he think he is?
16. Overweight
(06.20.15)
If your overweight your overweight end of story .. Don't start blaming someone else for your actions. Rules are rules they stand for everyone .. Not just a chosen few .
17. "Overweight Luggage" Charge Is Bogus
emanon ,   USA   (06.26.15)
If the camera equipment was "overweight" why would offering to fly it in baggage, rather than in the cabin, make nay difference? The plane is still flying with the same weight. No, something is wrong with this story, this sounds like there is more to this than a simple weight issue.
