Not assassinating Khomeini has been a great mistake. I'm wondering when Bakhtiar had " NO " answer from the Mossad why he didn't try the Arabic mercenaries who always are around to do that job for him?. perhaps because Moscow wouldn't let any body to do that because of the contract that it had with it's allies in the Iranian opposition ( Students and so .. ) ? and Washington has been cheated by the fake smiles from the opposition to JImmy Carter's smiles that he has always those stupidity sitting on his face which " meant " : Iranians told me that " they will stay friends With us " ! so in order to not to have any conflict with the Russians the Americans felt comfortable to stop being involved with this matter . But every body knows how ended this Carter's stupid recommendation for his country? nothing but so many crises between the two countries plus a long time nasty relationship between them in the coming 37 years " while the Russians made at least 1.5 billion dollars a month in the past 37 years from the mullahs regime and for what? in fact to not to do nothing for them
