I've seen Ethiopian doctors, nurses, teachers, hi-tech, entertainers, etc. What statistics is not telling us (or that the media is keeping if from us) is that all Israelis are finding it hard today to survive. Go on, Israeli government, bring in more new immigrants. More population just makes it harder to educate, find housing or find work. Government needs to develop a job market to fit the population explosion.

The goals are different: Here, people are looking for excuses after 200 years. In Israel, the protests are just! The Ethiopians don't want handouts and welfare, they want justice and equality; that's the difference.
