If you want war with ISIS, then you need to convince the American public and the US congress. Obama has already done as much as he can without authorization from congress. The REPUBLICAN congress refuses to discuss a new AUMF to put USA forces on the ground to fight the Saudi sponsored ISIS. Since the Iraqi have no will to fight and the USA has crippled Assad, and the Turks are trying to cripple the Kurds, there is no one to fight ISIS. BTW - teh congress critters refuse to discuss a new AUMF because they know it will cost them their jobs in the 2016 election.
