1. Iran sees Israel as a threat...
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (07.17.15)
that is the reality
2. restore relations? in 6 months Iran recieves $100 BILLION
Rafi ,   US   (07.17.15)
in released oil sales monies from China, India, So Korea, & Japan under sanctions relief. This will change the strategic balance in the Mid East as dramatically as any nuclear device would. too late for restored relations... massive strategic impact is on its way and will already have been done!
3. Smart people can get wrong
Fahd najad ,   Kuwait   (07.17.15)
The comments by the general are too conventional to be strategic . The strategy is to force Iran to change it's conduct and that can be achieved by few steps as follows: - The Gulf conutries to pumb oil to chip at Iran's oil income . This is timely at other level : after the fraudulent election in 2009 , the Iranian regime gave in significantly ( as compensation ) in the social arena which is way under reported for a culture that is so materially induced ( important difference of the ideologues ) . The economic pressure will be timely with the social opening to maximize its effect . - The other thing to do is to support the minorities which comprise about 50% of the population . - Launch a campigian to take few scientists and intel people . - More important , crush their supporters in especially in Syria , Yemen , and Lebanon . Once the we reach a certain point in the collective damage , then Iran will be ripe for a strike . The strategic dimension here is this : once Iran losses are clear and the revloutionary generation is gone , the costs will be hugely magnified for the regime whee wit cannot afford to close and rebuild at the same time .
4. Aid to israel
The Facts   (07.18.15)
Aid to isael "sale to isreal" is just a "cover your ass" ploy by congress. It will be gifts from the American taxpayer. congress will receive in exchange "gifts" from AIPAC, israel and jewish lobby. Here how it works: (1) congress will reduce the price by declaring the material surplus, (2) congress will give israel a loan to "buy" the material. (3) congress will voted to give israel a grant (read GIFT) from Economic Support Funds . (4) congress will renew the Cranston Amendment. This above and beyond the Military Aid. The Cranston Amendment guaranteeing that the amount of Economic Support Funds (gift, no requirement tao be repaid) going to Israel will not fall below the amount of money needed by Israel to repay its loans from the United States government has led to some interesting justifications for continued ESF economic assistance. Lobbyists for Israel and their sympathizers in Washington argue that current ESF grants really don't cost American taxpayers anything. They maintain that providing U.S. taxpayer funds to Israel to pay off debts owed to the U.S. government simply moves money around without actually giving it to Israel. Anyone who has ever borrowed money from a bank or used a credit card knows that this is nonsense. Two decades ago the U.S. government borrowed money to lend to Israel on the assumption that the Israelis would pay it back and the U.S. then could use the repayments to repay its own debts. Now the U.S. government continues to pay interest on the money it originally borrowed to lend to Israel, and also pays the interest on the money Israel borrowed from the U.S
5. Instead of chasing petty criminals we must tackle Obama !!!

6. Real threat?-Our Lunatic Left. When Iran has the bomb they
(07.19.15)
will not have to use it (if they chose so): all they'll have to is issue a threat and our Quislings will moan, that our unwillingness to establish another Arab Islamo-fascist state in our midst is endangering our existence. The world will love Iran even more so (not having to pay lip-service in case of real, nuclear annihilation of Yahud)....but then again: they may chose the quick route....who cares? Not our Judo quislings, that's for sure.
