Hitlery should face esspionage and other national security charges for transmitting classified into from her personal home computer. She should spend some time in federal prison.
3. I hope Israel does not expect him to get a job and provide

5. Believe me when I say that this gesture is
barbara ,   Haifa   (07.25.15)
just another " feather in his cap" of things to do before Obama leaves office. And to smooth over rough edges of Israel-American relations.

Cameron ,   USA   (07.25.15)
Sneak penalty, sneak freedom. He has done his 30.
8. Obama´s play
(07.25.15)
I am afraid of Obama´s playings:a release here,a bloody thrust there. Right now,Obama is visiting Africa and in few days he will be in Ethiopia to encounter local leaders.Obama doesn't need to hide his hate for Israel, thus a following "rebellion"of israeli ethiopians could be not far in the horizon. Be alert!
9. "Injury" being the Iranian Deal, insult: throwing us a bone!

11. the sight of his manicured 'santo' image,
Eshkol Hakofer   (07.25.15)
makes me -a patriotic israeli'- , sick. With yarmulke, without yarmulke, no question he did it for the money & Israel comes out as a shamefully thankless beggar 'ally'. I dread the thought of a nationalistic pig party receiving him in Israel providing further spiting in America's face. Totally shameful and nauseating.
12. Anonymous No. 8 Obama's play?
Eshkol Hakofer   (07.25.15)
Wonder what No. 8 has being smoking/snorting. But does he/she and their ilk has a better ally for Israel? (What does the U.S. owe Israel?)
13. Jonathan Pollard
Henry Tobias ,   Israel   (07.25.15)
You really believe there's no linkage? Then I've got fairies at the bottom of my garden. If the Iran deal is so good, why the extra military aid to Israel?
14. FB Harold Neale:
A ,   Belgium   (07.25.15)
Actually, bumpkin, nobody cares what you think and nobody cares what you feel. Every time you post one of your ignorant, worthless pieces of misinformation, you only continue to prove how little you know about anything, especially regarding Israel and the Middle East. So go play with your toys in the corner and leave intelligent conversation to those with intelligence.
15. Parole is not Freedom to Flee
Mark ben Josef ,   USA   (07.26.15)
Parole has conditions for every prisoner. Since he is a flight risk, he likely will be banned from contact with others who have engaged in illicit contacts, and will be banned from foreign travel. Likely like all criminals on parole, he will have to report in person to a parole officer and get a job flipping burgers at a minimum and probably at minimum wage.
16. Agreed !
BUILD BABY BUILD!!!   (07.26.15)
Like the way you changed her name to one more fitting. KEEP BUILDING !!
17. 30 years and he's up for parole.
BUILD BABY BUILD!!!   (07.26.15)
A shame that obama didn't hold Sgt. Bergdahl a deserter for 30 years instead of releasing 5 top Al Qaeda general for this Bergdahl scum.
18. US owes Israel a lot
BUILD BABY BUILD!!!   (07.26.15)
twice Israel has taken out Muslim nuclear facilities, Iraq and Syria. America didn't have the balls. Israel did. LOVE ISRAEL !!!
19. To Rivka @3
Jennie ,   Israel/US   (07.26.15)
What is your problem, Rivkah..? Didn't expect you to join the "barking" of vicious chorus of lies about Pollard.. Don't you have a clue about factual truth of "Pollard case"..?
20. #14 A.. Belgium
Harold ,   USA   (07.26.15)
You again telling me what I know and what I don't. I lived in Brussels Near Galaria Louis for two years and never met an idiot like you there. Belgians are excellent people and I don't think you are one of them. You probably live South Somalia telling me bullshit..
21. Antisemitism in US government circles
c   (07.26.15)
of all those in the us who were convicted of spying, the rosenbergs were the only ones who were executed. it is a fact that ethel rosenberg was innocent. yet even if the charges had been true, they would not have merited the death penalty. all she was accused of was typing up papers for her husband. rosenberg himmself was a spy, but not worse than others who did not receive the death penalty. pollard was also a spy, but others who were in the same situation received more lenient sentences. the us intelligence community is rife with jew hatred despite all the intelligence that it receives from israel. pollard needs to be released because he has served thirty years in prison. equality under the law is a fundamental principle of justice.
22. The irony of life: Pollard rotting in jail for furnishing
(07.26.15)
information to an ally, Obama, while openly betraying the soul & people of US, sprawling in the chair in the Oval Office! You Yanks are so dumb, that it actually hurts(my brain)!!!
23. #14 I don't have to tell you what you don't know, bumpkin,
A ,   Belgium   (07.26.15)
you do a fine job of demonstrating that yourself with every post. Did you also claim to be a Belgian when you lived in Brussels, as you falsely claim to be an American? And no, bumpkin, I don't live South Somalia, I live in Belgium. Keep entertaining us with your moronic posts, at least they're good for the occaisonal laugh.
24. Liking this curious Belgian argument
Cameron ,   USA   (07.26.15)
Shifting from the official freeing a weasel to who is a proper Belgian. These talkback disputes always get funk.
25. Cruelty
Ben Shmuel ,   Kfar Sava, Israel   (07.28.15)
It is just plain cruelty not to let Jonathan Pollard immigrate to Israel. He has suffered enough. He sat in jail too long. LET JONATHAN POLLARD COME HOME>
26. Pollard should be allowed to go to Israel instead of being
Rivkah   (07.28.15)
on parole in the USA where so many people think he harmed the USA (he caused no deaths and little harm since the information was given to an ally not an enemy nation of the USA). He could be murdered and is too sick to provide for himself in the USA. His current wife is in Israel as far as I know and he is an Israeli as well as a US citizen and should be allowed to go home to Israel instead of being released to the danger of being murdered by people who hate him, not knowing the whole story. Even former Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger was shocked at the mistreatment of Jonathan Pollard when he did so little harm. The US INjustice system broke a plea deal agreement and sent him to prison for 30 years when no one else who did so little harm was given such an outrageous sentence.
27. He puts in 5 years stuffing grocery bags, then he's yours
Cameron ,   USA   (07.28.15)
He keeps his nose clean during the parole years, and all the chains are struck away. Very equitable arrangement.
28. Five Years In The US Outside Of Prison
(07.29.15)
He must be terrified. Outside of gaol there will be many Americans who will want to do what the US government didn't do. Execute him with malice.
29. "irrevocable" damage to the US"
USA   (07.29.15)
Israel can do "irrevocable" damage to the US" because of the information passed? This is pure and utter BS...think about it.
30. Pollard deserved his punishment
Mark Jeffery Koch ,   Mount Laurel, NJ USA   (07.29.15)
As a Jewish American I have had a problem all these years with Pollard. There had to be a good reason why every President, Republican and Democrat, for the past thirty years, refused to release him. I have absolutely no pity for him and believe he got what he deserved. Pollard claimed that the United States was denying Israel valuable information it needed for its security but if every U.S. employee working for an intelligence agency decided on their own what some other country had a right to see U.S. intelligence would be badly compromised. Simply put, Pollard may have felt Israel was entitled to see certain data but it was not his decision to make. I also understand that America's intelligence agencies spy on our allies such as Britain, France, Germany, and Israel every day. However, as much as that happens as a standard practice, a U.S. citizen working for an American intelligence agency or any branch of the U.S. government has absolutely no right to determine on their own what another nation is entitled to see. My grandparents came to America from Austria and Russia fleeing persecution and anti-semitism. It was America that helped them put a roof over their heads, food on the table, clothe and feed their children and provide them (my parents) with a good education. I understand all the arguments people have made on Pollard's behalf but it still is unconscionable to do what he did and I do not feel any sadness at the price he had to pay for what he chose to do.
