You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that Jews, especially haredim, are generally the smartest people. Of course there are exceptions here and there.

Our Sages say "Where there's Torah, there's chochmah" (intelligence). It has been proven throughout centuries that Torah Jews are the smartest, most educated people around. There might be exceptions here and there, but one cannot deny that Torah Jews, esp. Haredim, are the smartest, while secular Jews surely populate bottom rungs, but don't have the courage to admit it.

No wonder that Bnei Brak, Beitar Illit and Jerusalem remain at the same level as Qalanswa, Jisr al Zarka: their spiritual leaders do their best to keep the youth into narrow minded bigotry, so as to keep their power.
